Laggy Game

Everything except for actual gameplay is fine. Whenever I load up the game, the intro is very smooth and everything, even gameplay's background is smooth, but when I move the camera, it becomes laggy. (audio is also completely fine)

That's not lag, that's motion blur, turn that off in setting.

Ik its motion blur; the lag is def less noticable on this video, but its much more prevalent to me irl. Also, it used to be a lot less laggy

This can happen if the Reflections option is enabled. Try disabling it if it's enabled.
