Poor Razor isn’t on here, despite getting a rework.
Still appreciate the guide anyway.

Also the reason Escoffier's signature isn't there

I think Escoffier' sig is one of the best 5\* for her

Scroll, I imagine you run if no one else has it.
But assuming Scroll is in the team, and the DPS is an attack scaler, how do you decide between Noblesse and Days Past?

It’s most likely if Bennet is on the team. Chev heals more then Bennett and so can actually use days

To be clear, Chevreuse has far, far less healing potential than Bennett.
The reason a team with Bennett + Chevreuse puts NO on Bennett and SoDP on Chevreuse is twofold:
- Bennett's healing is entirely disabled if your active character is over 70% HP, so it's not a totally reliable way to charge Song of Days Past. Usually, if you need Bennett's Q healing at all, you're getting 1 or 2 big ticks, and then your character is topped off and ideally isn't in need of more heals later on.
- Bennett already wants to Q every rotation, and NO is the better buff 9 times out of 10.
Point one can mean that in certain teams (e.g. teams with Bennett and Furina), Bennett can reasonably cap out SoDP twice per rotation, but then you fall back to point 2 (you would probably rather have NO regardless).
