Depends on what server you're playing on. If you're playing on any server that's not your home country then of course your ping is gonna be bad the further away it is from you.

How many devices are currently connected to your wifi? I was a cloud pass user and only encountered this when too many devices was using our wifi at the same time.
Try closing the app and rejoining and eventually you can enter, even if your signal is currently wonky.

Try changing frequency bands for example from 2.4GHz to 5GHz , new routers can suck too depending on brand or location in house

Your speed is fine, it's complaining about latency. If your region is really SEA then there's probably some routing issue with your ISP.

Yes, to do cloud gaming you need to have good enough internet.
However, the cloud launcher is absolutely **not** "eating 50%" of your storage. It is less than 500MB.
