It recently came to my attention Ineffa is running in Luna IV, however I have neither but want both for my Flins teams. If I'm not able to get both, who would make my Flins stronger overrall?

Fjords is a good weapon for Ineffa right? I actually got it this patch since it was the only BP weapon I eas missing.

I'm giving my opinion here as a nefer haver but i didn't go for flins.
Similar to lauma for nefer, i think it's better you go ineffa
She proved to be a great BiS for flins's team and the fact she offers sustain through her shield.
If staying alive is important with flins, then its ineffa
You can always get columbina on her rerun.

Ineffa/Lauma bring more DPS to their respective teams. Columbina replaces Aino to make the team top tier.

Ineffa first then Columbina if you can. Ineffa doesn't exactly have a decent counterpart as a sustain + boost whereas Columbina has Aino.

Ineffa and Columbina are kinda like Escoffier and Furina in Skirk teams.
They have amazing synergy with each other and the damage drops if one is missing, but the one that stands alone better is Ineffa, not Columbina.

They are the premium teammates. Columbina is a nise boost but not vital - and she will rerun sooner.

lunar reactions about to become irrelevant after this patch and Varesa did everything that flins can do since her release, if not better
pulling 4 characters that only work as 4 and dosnt work in any other way is what hoyo want you to do, so you have to pull for more in future, but it just not sustainable
nathlan characters had bonus exploration in nathlan, but that didnt impact their power or versatility
fontaine had pneume ousia, but i feel like it wasnt forced enough for it to be relevant
while nodkrai is anti versatility, worst designed characters to pull yet
even for hexarei characters we got like 7 of them at same time, while most players already owning 5 of them (and most of them are good too even before buffs)
