basically, all is fine untill you get to the white loading screen w elements. itll load fully, then the elements turn grey (like when any game hangs) and it just closes the game???? side note that i can sometimes hear the game audio when the white screen turns grey for a little before it kickes me out?

im repairing the game files, but if it diesnt work then what do i do? this has happened before around 5.5 or smth, then i just deleted genshin from my laptop out of frustration. i then reinstalled it around nov (6.1-6.2) and its been working fine for the past few weeks.

i dont know if this is a problem with my pc, but i dont think so? its not that old (like 5 years, still works like a charm) and has enough ram and storage and allat. i will end up downloading genshin on a diff laptop if i have to, but i dont wanna go through all that.

any advice will be GREATLY appreciated!!!!!!!!

EDIT: i can login for abt 1min to stare at mualanis legs and then it hangs :)
