Which weapon is better for ineffa?

I found this photo online, but realised it doesn’t include vortex vanquisher (zhongli sig) calculations. Between Calamity queller (shenhe sig) and vortex vanquisher, does anyone know which is better on ineffa as a support?

Yeah I think it's a pretty old one as you can see V3 beta in it

So I assume it's infographic made before 5.8 even dropped, so no info was there about Nod Krai craftables

It's Queller. Dumb high Atk stats and the passive, Lunar bonus gets less effective the more it stacks. Raw base stats takes over

Just manage your crit ratio. Doesnt Vortex proc on field?

Ineffa is a humugous damage dealer so max it out and profit. And please dont build her for energy req for burst every rot, every 2nd or whens theres time is way better in practise. And you get EM on Lunar teams from everywhere.

More beneficial for her to burst every second rot or time in rot as sacfricing too many more valuable substats (Atk/CD/CR) especially with Sucrose refresh VV uptime.

Ineffa deals so much damage its actually wrong to cap her ceiling for team needs. TOM for example now isnt necessary for Flins's best team even at higher investment. Her Sig was very good before but does very well again since crit stats are still OP for the outright best sub dps in the game.

It doesn't include VV for Ineffa because she, as off-fielder, cannot use the passive of the weapon, so it's just an ATK% stat stick

The shield strength % buff is only for the wielder of the weapon, it does not increase shield strength for the whole party.

The ATK% stacks сan be gained only on-field.

Vortex Vanquisher is an amazing option for Flins with Ineffa since he can use the passive fully.

Guys, what about TEAM damage, not only Ineffa?
For example, I have Primordial Jade Winged-Spear. It's like 100%.
Signature will give us +29% personal damage, isn't it?
If my Ineffa will make 30% of team damage, this will increase overral damage only by 5%.
