I made a post minutes ago about a character tier list... Now is there for character builds?
Look, I know I just asked for a tier list and what I made out what people qre saying that character tierlists are subjective in genshin... So... Is there one that everyone goes to and takes character builds from it? For pros ofc just like Prydwen. And thanks in advance!

Yes, people who don't know the game and are willing to be misled instead of spending the exact same amount of time to actually learn the game
Otherwise just look at Theorycrafting youtubers, they usually have a guide video, Anddad made a really good Columbina guide, keep in mind theorycrafting/guide youtubers almost always discuss or talk about leaks.
GxG Noir has more details for people who invest to higher artifact standards.
You can also just see if a Character has an Akasha Board and look at the top builds there.

They even have a changelog section listing and dating all their updates
if you're more serious about a certain character you can always look guides on youtube. most of the popular guide makers go very in details with builds and teams.
* I usually prefer the Genshin Helper Doc - Pretty fast updates alongside a nice comparison/ranking of lot's of different options. But sadly without ER Reqs or info on Cons.
* KQM - A cool site in general, nice to look up ER Reqs. But I always take their advice with a bucket of salt. Doubly true for old/non meta Chars!
* *Recent example was me helping a friend with his Ineffa Build, assumed the NK Craftable to be generally the best, checked KQM: Not even listed as an option.... Was confused and checked the Helper Doc, Shovel BIS 4\* and better than the Missive listed on KQM.*
* Finally Reddit it self: The Character"-Mains" Subs are usually the place to go when looking for detailed Info, Combos, Artifact and Weapon numbers or vertical investment ranking.
The one thing weird about Genshin is the lack of an organized TC scene. We got a few small players doing a pretty good job, but no centralized hub at all.
To actually understand a Char fully I recommend checking all 3 sources... Or simply thinking about it your self and just using those as a reference. Genshin is hard to actually master, but pretty easy to "feels-craft" once you understood some core principles.
