\- four 4\* on a 10-pull: 0.104% - once every 1.54m primosgems
\- two 5\* on a 10-pull: 0.154% - once every 1.04m primogems
If you'd build up pity to have the next single guaranteed:
\- three 4\* on a 9-pull: 0.819% - once every 195k primogems
\- one 5\* on a 9-pull: 5.146% - once every 31.1k primogems
So pretty rare, but nothing unheard of. Chances that it will happen to you again are pretty low though.
Look up binomial distribution if you're interested in the math.

4 to 5 four stars in one 10 pull is just as rare as pulling for a 5 star at soft pity. Another rare case is probably pulling an OG four stars starter team (Amber, Kaeya, and Lisa), I’ve been playing day 1 and I only have my OGs at less than 3 constellations
