You can either play Diluc main dps or Noelle main dps since you’ve already leveled them :
Diluc - Kaeya - Xingqiu
Noelle - Xiangling - Dendro Traveler
Obviously this is far from being optimal but you don’t have a lot of options.

Would be my first try at least.
But you really don't have to think about teams at your level, just pull who you like, the newer the better =P
Once you have a handful think about what to pull to make them work. \^\^
Also put the few resources you get into Chars that will be good later on. 3 of which being in the team I mentioned.

Lunar Charge: Columbina / Aino / Fischl / Razor (on field)
Lunar Bloom: Columbina (on field) / Xingqiu / Collei or Aino / Dendro Traveller
Lunar Crystalize: Columbina / Aino / Noelle (on field) / whoever else
In all of these teams, if you die too often, consider replacing Aino with Barbara for some healing.
Columbina is going to be pretty mediocre in all of these teams, though. As a completely new account, a rather restrictive support like her is not really going to benefit you that much. You'll want both main DPS characters and more universally useful supports/sub DPS. Next patch, Ineffa and Neuvillette will both be more useful overall for a completely new account because they work on so many teams and offer so much comfort in gameplay. Columbina is an Archon, she will be available again some time this summer.
If you're really set on Columbina and don't manage to also get Ineffa in the same patch, I'd recommend saving for Lauma when she reruns (probably in 1 or 2 patches) as she will make on-field Bloom Columbina a lot stronger.
