Put Iron Sting on him if you can craft it or just grab Dark Iron Sword by [talking to this guy in Liyue](https://genshin-impact.fandom.com/wiki/Chen_the_Sharp). You don't need to Level 50 it, 20 is fine.
Give Anemo Traveler 4 pieces of instructor (or if you have an Elemental Mastery main stat artifact, put those on and max them alongside 2 pieces of instructor). Level him to 50, if you can't, 40 is fine.
Just apply element on enemy (some of them will already have auras like slimes) and use E + Q when it is up.
For 4th floor, run Tighnari Fischl Barbara Anemo Traveler. You still want Anemo Traveler because the entire abyss has a seasonal blessing that deals huge flat damage every 2 seconds if you trigger swirl. You can basically clear most floors just abusing that blessing.

For what team? Tighnari quicken really wants a defensive 2nd dendro and you don't seem to have one. If traveler and collei are all you got, they are pretty interchangable.
