Help with a team! (New player)

I started playing a few months ago and I’ve gotten a few characters. Does anyone have any advice for a good team to build? I don’t know anything about what makes a team “good.” Ive been working on talents and artifacts, but which of my characters will best work together?

Unfortunately I’m still in Inazuma so I can’t level up Varesa…

And I’m AR 45!

Any suggestions?

Verassa, Cheveruse, Iansan and Bennett.

That will get you to endgame content and beyond.

Well since she's your only limited DPS, Varesa is actually your best character. Varesa, Xiangling, Iansan, Chevreuse. You can join other player's world who have access to their materials and collect there.

Varesa Chev Iansan Xiangling (or Pyro Traveler once you get him)

You can teleport to Natlan. The map will be black but if you zoom in enough, you will see multiple teleporters that are automatically unlocked.

Once you leave Inazuma, level up Vanessa, please. She is really strong and you got a great team for her.

Varessa, Chevreuse, Iansan, Bennet. Change Bennet to Pyro Traveler(easy off-field) once you get him and if you ever encounter an Electro immune/resistant enemy, use

Diluc, Chevreuse, Bennet, Kuki (easy off field electro)

The thing with Chevreuse teams is that you always want a main dps and an off field character to proc Chevy's buff that last only 6 seconds. With constant application, you get constant buffs.

Varessa (DPS)
Pyro Traveler (Easy off field)

Diluc (DPS)
Kuki (Easy off field)

Fischl is an even easier and strong off field, but you don't have her yet

If you want something straightforward and easy to play for beginners, I recommend my first team.

Diluc: main DPS

Bennett: Burst heal, additional ATK from Pyro bonus

Sucorse: Swirl

Rosaria: sub-DPS and Melt

for new player, you can play miliastra wonderland level up around level 10 (should take about 2 weeks because exp cap) that will allow you to upgrade your Manekin/Manekina character to level 90 and full skill lvl for free.

they are okay character can be use as sub/main dps and can be switch element like the traveler.

Bennett is my favorite character and my best healer / supporter.

He burst heals up to around 70% hp and then anyone still standing in his buff circle gets a huge attack buff instead of heals. Hes my main healer. I gave him energy recharge so i can spam hos heal whenever i need it.
