There's a youtuber, mistahfeet. He does solo character challenges.
Barbara, mona. They are catalysts and cannot deal physical damage and hydro enemies are immune to it.
So this is the only option in weapons he can use. And the reason is this : Normal and Charged Attacks have a 50% chance to fire a Bolt of Perception, dealing 240% ATK as DMG. This bolt can bounce between opponents a maximum of 4 times. This effect can occur once every 12s.
That means he has 50 % chance every 12s that Barbara, mona can deal damage to a hydro enemy.. This itself sounds so terrifying..

Zibai teamcomp in general is: Zibai, Hydro unit, 2nd geo unit and a flex slot. You need 2 nod-krai units tho (zibai + one other). So yes, zhongli or a 2nd hydro will be really good, from what ive seen zibai, columbina, c6 illuga, c6 gorou will be her BiS team dmg wise, zhongli version would be really close

Genuinely what are you talking about? Kachina does nothing for Zibai while Gorou is great for her.
Kachina is given for free, has useless constellations, and Cinder City does nothing for Zibai. Lunar DMG does not get increased by Cinder City.
Whereas Gorou has useful buffs for Zibai, and he also uses Favonious like Kachina, and has meaningful constellations. Literally everything better than Kachina. There's a reason Zibai's best sustainless team has Gorou.

Aino is apparently still useful in some teams. Double Hydro lunar teams with her and Bina are good, especially for those who want to play on field DPS Bina. Plus, for the people who have more than 1 of the lunar DPSs, they'll need a substitute for Bina, and Aino is the only option(unfortunately 🙃💔)

Zibai + Columbia will be really good, second place in dps rankings after maviuka. However columbina + ineffa are a strong core themselves that you can pair with almost anyone for a strong team (not as strong as zibai though)
