Even if alice is powerful and is responsible for the borders of teyvat, Irontomb shifting into existence outside teyvat and demanding dottore to be handed over to face punishment is both a no win while simultaneously a win win scenario. She can try and fight irontomb in defense of dottore by proxy of teyvat but fat chance she survives that and it doesn't need to win a fight against Alice, it just needs dottore to die so if blowing up teyvat does the job there's no reason not to(klee included) while on the other side, dottore *did* break a lot of teyvat's rule so there's no reason to help a criminal being arrested by a higher class of being.
Either way, it's not gonna be a problem for her soon anyway lol.
