Never get standard 5 star cons imo as you will get those eventually as you play and pull.
Choose a limited 5 star that you currently use or wanna use more of. There are a couple of useful videos that have ranked them.
Ayaka and Yae have bad c1s but good other cons.
Shenhe is decent if you have a team you use her in.
Eula's c1 is ok.

Shenhe c1 is decent if you’re actively using her with a freeze team.
Albedo constellations are way better now post buff, if you’re using him in hexerei.
Nobody else has anything worthwhile at C1.
Imo I’d just gun for standard peeps. Diluc C5 rn since it’s highest. Most of these old units aren’t very good, even with constellations, and it’s generally advised to build towards getting Masterless Stella Fortuna.

Albedo > Shenhe > Miko > Eula. You can opt out Eula for Mona if you want to get a headstart with her good cons (c1 or c4)
