what the fuck are you talking about? xilonen doesn't even want crit dmg unless you have her at c6 and even then it's better to play her as a support. and why the fuck would you even off-piece a CIRCLET on xilonen? it's not that hard to get a healing bonus/crit rate circlet with sub-optimal stats. also, we don't know if op EVEN HAS XILONEN. maybe they don't have nor want her
also you didn't even give any solid arguments as of why op should reroll the 1st one, when the 1st doesn't even have that good substats (em is not optimal in arle overload and er% is useless since arle doesn't want to burst)? also, the 1st is a 3-liner, that alone makes it not optimal to reroll

Alright first of all, chill tf down dude. I gave the characters on whom I thought it would look better. Er percentage is literally necessary for people who still focus on building the particular character to their max potential. If they don't want her, who am I to even bother? Their wish. Characters like Xilonen scale on defense, substats like crits are not that essential in her case, but it's pretty good nonetheless. As for solid arguments, this is a literal comment. I thought it was good for op to pull, if the stats don't align with their preference, they can always farm more.

1. ffs op was asking for REROLLING artifacts, not "which is better". both artfiacts didn't have useful substats other than atk% and crit rate, because arlecchino in overload cares only about crit and atk%. if someone would want to reroll both circlets, why reroll the 1st one? it started as a 3-liner and, contrary to popular opinion, doesn't have useful substats (er% is useless on arlecchino and em is good only in vape or melt)
2. er% is good for characters that want to burst every rotation, arlecchino doesn't want to burst at all, you use her burst only as some sort of panic button
3. def circlets are easy to drop, it's not worth to put crit dmg% circlet on xilonen. if you want to off-piece circlet on xilonen, it's better for it to be crit rate (if using fav) or healing bonus (fav is better but people prefer to use flute of ezpitzal because they think "it fits xilonen better") main stat.
4. you didn't give any reason as of why 1st is better to reroll, you only said that 2nd could be on xilonen, but by that logic 1st would've been better on someone like columbina when she comes out lol

NEVER reroll a 3-liner. yes, it might be tempting to reroll the 1st, but em and er% aren't actually that good on arle, especially since you play her in overload, where building em is suboptimal (em is viable only in melt and vape arle teams)
the 2nd is a MUUUCH better choice for a reroll target especially since it's a guaranteed upgrade (you will hit the guaranteed 3 rolls into chosen stats and it seems like you've hit it only once before on crit rate and atk)

I have done reshape in feather piece before. What do you mean by guaranteed 3 rolls into chosen stats(I will choose CRIT Rate and ATK%) if I reshape the 2nd one.

there's something called hallowed exgesis (you can see it here even), after using 6 feathers it guarantees that 3 upgrades will go into your chosen substats (and after using 18 feathers, it guarantees 4 rolls) it seems like you've used 5 feathers before and you need 2 feathers to reroll a circlet, that's 7 feathers used in total which triggers this effect.
also, tip: switch to roll value on akasha, crit value doesn't take substats like atk% into account, whereas roll value does and, you know, sometimes an artifact can be good even if they don't have the highest cv in the world due to rolls into other useful substats (but, unfortunately for you, em and er% are quite bad for overload arle, so no, don't think that 1st circlet is better to reroll because of that)
