how often does lootbar have those version specific dicounts?

I have been thinking of buying the 38$ dollar version up until I noticed that lootbar have those specific version dicounts so now I'm not so sure If I should get the 38$ or the 68$ bundles

also should I even get the 68$ bundle? if I were to buy either of them than I would get the bonus of them (double for first time purchase), so I'm not so sure on what to pick.

on one side because I just returend to the game after a very long break (I don't even have the next big region after liyue) and I really want flins, ineffa, skirk and escoffier. from the speculaion that I have seen people believe that flins, skirk and escoffier are almost gerentuue to come back so the reason for me choosing the 68$ is so I can save up for them and continue the grind if I ever needed to.

and on the other side 68$ is still quite a bit of money and will be the biggest purchase I have made in a game.

**importent info:** I'm F2P who want to complete endgame level content. I only have xiao as my main dps (recently got gaming too) medicore supports compared to today level and no real good 4 star weapons as I don't even have a favonius one's execpt for the bow, on which I don't really like bow characters. of course no 5 star weapons too.

I hope this give you some indication on where I stand as of right now.
I would love to hear any kind of advices and tips from you guys.

They have one bundle that is per patch ( I imagine this is the one you are talking about) so 6.4 will reset it and you can only buy it once every patch. It's a good purchase and you will have the double crystal. I buy it every patch. Can't help with the other one as I usually go for bundles as they have better value, but I would choose the patch one if I had to in this case.

Also, only do so if your finances allow you to. If you think the $70 is too much, just go to the one that seems ok for you.

It's every patch, your own finances are what determines what you can spend of course, the welkin moon bundle is great too you get a month free basically.

They buy it in game but in other parts of the world where the bundles are cheaper in a different currency. They then gift those bundles to your character with your UID.

It is shady but not illegal. Afterall, Hoyo still gets a cut. Dont make a fuss or they might have funny ideas

Hoyoverse might very possibly still make as much profit. Hoyo might be subject to different taxes or regulations in certain areas of the world.

Either way, hoyo is still making money. Obviously if they are making less money they might be motivated to do something about it but they may not be able to.

Each currency has different rates, they just buy the current cheapest version and take like 1% off the top, you still end up like 20% cheaper, i don't know about other sites but i've used lootbar personally and it's always worked in like 10 seconds.

Those big version bundles don’t seem super frequent, so if you’re already tempted and can afford it, grab the one that gives you characters you actually like. Otherwise just stick to smaller top-ups and stay comfy
