I thought Ineffa for Neuvillette Hyperbloom, but maybe Colombina will be more useful for my account in general.

Columbina Lauma is also a very strong duo, it's up to you but keep in mind that Columbina will probably rerun sooner than Ineffa so getting both is a good idea and if you want that, prioritize Ineffa for now.
The Columbina Ineffa duo will wheel chair almost any comp.

I would also suggest you pull both ineffa and columbina. If you are short on pulls then maybe prioritize Ineffa as Columbina is the “archon” and likely to rerun soon. Ineffa is just a really strong support and doesnt need to hyperbloom to be good so you have many other options for teams apart from neuv. Good luck!

I'd say both equally as worth.
Some may say that Columbina is not worth pulling if you don't have other Nod Krai unit, which is pretty weird conclusion to get into.
Columbina synergizes really well with existing Geo units and make the team building sort of more flexible.
- if you want to play more Geo units, Columbina is a better choice.
- If you want to play Electrocharged comp, Ineffa is better choice.
Both are relatively flexible units that actually works greatly together.
Edit: just saw that you have Lauma, then all the more reason to get Columbina, you can make Columbina more of a main DPS here.

eh, ineffa is the better pull here for sure. Only reason to pull columbina is if you prefer her as a character or design, in which case you can force mdps with lauma yeah but other than that she doesn't have much use on his acc.

Ineffa is worth more if your Lunar carry is Flins or you don't have any Lunar carry

Bit of a difficult choice tbh. As always you should pull for who you like the most. You probably can't go wrong either way.
Ineffa is an amazing unit, I slot her into the most random teams even if she isn't utilizing her full kit. She always performs well both in DMG and shielding. If you find you have teams with flex slots or just want a shield then she is a fantastic pickup. Obviously having her on hydro and nodkrai teams makes her even better but honestly you can get away with her on anything (maybe less so on end game content but it is what it is honestly)
Colombina we don't know much about since she isn't out yet but I did watch some pre release videos and she seems fun, looks like she will go crazy with Lauma. Having her give lunar reactions to other characters does seem interesting but we will see in practice.

Lauma should be getting a re-run soon-ish, though, so Colombina just wouldn't be quite as good for probably a patch or two.
I can't tell you which I think is a better pull for your account, all I can do is drop that info. Good luck, and I hope the choice you make is the right one for you.
