I feel like the fly trap is almost redundant with the resin changes but I still do it. At least I don’t have to summon it and hit it like with the transformer. Which they should just get rid of that aspect of it.

It still allows storage of regular resin, like keeping Monday's resin for a Tuesday domain, as well as quick conversion for days where you don't have the time or energy to spend resin properly.

As for the transformer, yeah it's annoying. You can work around it with burning patches of grass or electro crystals but it's still just a workaround.

Though tbf at least the time gated domain issues are alleviated for the first uh, week(?) Of each banner, where everything is available everyday, I honestly forgot about it before this phase started and I could get to farming for Columbina books whenever I wanted.

Didn't change much, but it's fun (would be even better to just remove the limit altogether, but they have want their daily player retention ig)

No need for routes, just go to the blacksmith and ask for ores. He will mark around 5 locations on your map. Do this in every region. You can do this once a day. There is a daily cap of crafting 40 blue weapon crystals a day - which you can craft for free. Recipe that uses resin and magic ores does not have a limit.

Fontaine and Natlan are the most efficient for farming ores. I have routes in each region. There are plenty of guides on YouTube that show the runs. I made my own by looking at the interactive map and routing just to the highest yielding, least amount of time locations.

I only learned a few weeks ago you can put in world boss mats and it counts for 10 points/pc. And all those anemo cube drops I got for farming for extra gems sure are coming in handy

I accumulated on those boss drops back in my early days, trying to farm for gems to level up the decent team I could make (I started around 2.5 so a lot has changed since then). Even when Dendro was introduced I was farming world bosses for gems partly because they didn’t introduce a Dendro gem-dropping boss until like 3.5.

Rewards from it are somewhat useful for new players but I'm not sure when new players can unlock it. I discover this gadget in sumeru and used for like 3-4 months, then its 7 days cooldown instead of every mondey gets really annoying and I just stopped using it.

I stopped using it after I got tired of forever waiting longer than the previous time I used it because it was a perfect 7 day wait. Every cool down needs wiggle room so we can afford to be consistent with our routines. Unsure if this was fixed but AFAIK, many cooldowns have no wiggle room. It's perfectly divisible by 24 hours usually.

I always use it. I always love it. I even have a team (called your cooked) for it that has Esco since I also do her weekly free food. Though for Esco since she takes so long its best to find an electro rock and have it auto shock for you.

The best spot for that is west of the Emblem domain in Inazuma. There is a spot with 3 electro rocks. Try to setup her skill in between them. If 2 arent hitting it then you can run into it to help shove it between them.

I agree with OP with always using fruits and veggies and such for it as well. You can also just straight up buy them from the vendors which is nice.

I love it and started with feeding cabbages, now always do a selection of magic ore and whatever I have in the thousands. I like the challenge of rotating quickly through all elements so I change the team up after the first application.

wish MHY would upgrade that thing to put more stuff into it from 150 points, to 300 point,s and add new possible resdults as rewards, when you put 300 points worth of stuff ito it like

* Billets
* Artefact Exp Bottles/ Random Artefact Boxes
* Star Dust & Glitter , therefore that you can have only 1 chance a week, thats not asked too much

I actually kind of like that I end up getting weapon mats from it a lot of the time. Lots of times I'll get a new weapon and already have a bunch of the mats to level it up to 60 or 70 without farming any.

Granted some of that is also from events
