"Restore" the account

I have a PS4 account, but I may never be able to access the game again. I can log in to the Hoyoverse page on my phone. If I want to install the game on my phone, will that email address and password be enough to get the account?

If you have a hoyoverse account linked to your playstation account then yeah, when you go to log in on your phone, it will ask for your account and you can log in with those hoyoverse credentials. (source: I literally just did it on my ipad for the first time lol)

If necessary, how could I link the ps account to the hoyo's one. I mean, do I need to do something particular or just have played?

When you have the game open in playstation, in the account section, you can tell it to link an email.

What if I can't launch on ps4? The game close itself, dunno why. Probably some bug

I do not have a good answer for that, unfortunately. You might have to contact hoyo support if nobody else here can answer.

Hey, so I can lunch the game on ps4, but now what I have to do to connect to hoyoverse?

I go to setting - > users centre (I don't have the game in English so it could be the wrong name).

Here I see my old e-mail connected, but I wanna use the new one. So I click for change the mail, I put the new one but the game says that it already exist an hoyoverse account with the new mail.

So I just have to use my old mail or can I actually change it?
