Back in the 90's, Golden axe for the Sega genesis, The cover art was in a totally different style than the game but it was fine. Same for street fighter 2, streets of rage 2, mega man, etc. We could flip to the back of the box to see what the games actually looked like, and since the milliastra shows off in game screenshots, it hits the same.
