a little unnecessary commentary−story animation

im currentky playing one of the quests, the one about alice and the story that durins mom never finished..

why is alices animation so bad？ it reminds me of old mmd videos without the hair physics.. referring to the scene where, yanno, she appears behind her chair in the little magic world and the chair tips over and shes suddenly in it again??

the finger wagging is killing me too bro i thought if a multi million dollar company would do this theyd at least try to make it look good！！！

its also like this with general animation in the story, theyre all so stiff！！！

if youre upset cause of this post just dont interact it would be better for both of us that way
and if you dont know what scene im talking about its better for you not to ask, this is my best explanation

I think that it feels like it's more stiff than normal because she's moving around a lot more. Typically, the characters in a cutscene like that don't move a whole lot outside of their normal animations like walking or various "conversation poses" I think. That's why people made a big deal about characters holding stuff a few months ago, because it's not too common. There's also an amount of camera angle changing that I think makes it feel less noticeable that the characters aren't moving as much as we think they are
