First time player

I've never played genshin before in my life and just recently downloaded the game but I can't make an account in it, after I put my email and do the I'm not a robot thing it just says too many requests and to try later. Is this a problem in the game or am I doing something wrong? Help would be appreciated

Too many requests is usually an ISP problem, either you're using a VPN and sharing with too many other people doing Genshin stuff or you're in a place with a bad ISP (the Phillipines is a pretty common one) and using a VPN to somewhere else might solve the issue.

What are you playing on? Pc, Console, Mobile? If you can get an account made on mobile you can then login with any other device. Just a random thought. The VPN thing is real too.

Be sure that you're on the "register" part, not on log in.
