Wish Banner History Charts to Version Luna IV

Hello again!

With version Luna IV coming tomorrow and the first half of banners announced, see below for character and weapon wish banner history charts from Version 1.0 to Version Luna IV. As the second half banners have also been announced, the charts have been updated to include both the first and the second half.

[Link to full banner history charts Google Sheet](https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1QLE2W3Suz-UgJCLKWL7FuffZlP5a7QUy/edit?usp=sharing&ouid=101796049793690121279&rtpof=true&sd=true)

As always, if you find any errors, don't hesitate to let me know. I've looked at these charts too many times, so I can always use a fresh pair of eyes.

*How to read these charts:*

* *The pictures below only display banners starting from Version 5.0. For the full history starting from Version 1.0, use the Google Sheet linked above.*
* *The top section consists of the featured 5-star character/weapon for identification of the banner.* *The icon for each character/weapon below shows when the character/weapon is featured on a wish banner.*
* *The numbers after each character/weapon count the number of banners that the character/weapon has not shown up on until the next time it is featured on a banner. The colour coding provides a visual representation of the length of a character/weapon that has not been featured (green being short and red being long).*
* *The number in the column to the right of the names of characters/weapons on the left-hand side shows the total number of appearances of this character/weapon to date.*
* *For characters and weapons that are being featured in a Chronicled Banner, a letter "C" is used to indicate this in the corresponding version and banner (e.g., Klee was featured in the Chronicled Banner during the first half of Version 4.5)*

This is great! I think there might be a little mistake with Sigewinne's bow on the 5\* weapons chart, though. The counter didn't reset when it reran :)

EDIT: seems to be the same thing with Lyney's bow, the counter didn't reset when that reran either

Good catch! The charts shown above was omitting both weapons' latest reruns in the count. I've fixed these now. The Google Sheets had these correct so didn't need to touch that. Thanks!

~~Interesting, so Razor and Freminet were never attached to any banner?~~ Wonder if Razor will be in Varka's, considering he just got his Hexenzirkel buffs, and is considered decent at C6 (with C6 Bennett for overloaded normal attacks).

Edit: Read the 4* list wrong, looks like he's been on a banner before, but hasn't in 26 patches.

That's right, Razor just hasn't shown up as a featured 4-star since 2nd half of Version 4.8. The charts above only show the banner details from 5.0 and onward but you can find the full history in the Google Sheets.

lol, if you want to get her or her cons you can at least pick from the free standard banner 5-star offered each year now.
