Oh sry I didn’t make it clear but Ningguang is the DPS 😭😭😭 I rly like her and this team pretty much revolves around herrrr. Can I replace Noelle with Kachina tho?

Definitely. Noelle is pretty greedy once you notice how she plays.
She needs an enormous amount of energy to Burst every rotation, always asking for more Geo particles, her Burst lasts so long, that you can practically keep it up until it's time to use it again. Additionally, her shield is practically made with the sole intent of being used exclusively by herself, since she only heals if the one shielded is herself (by basic attacking).

Both Noelle and Ningguang want to be on field so obviously not.
Replace Noelle with a support like Zhongli/Xilonen/Gorou.
Replace Aino with Illuga when he comes out.

I'm honestly pretty keen to test both out - like with Furina's release Noelle and Ningguang both got boosted pretty well and it kinda came down to preference.
Noelle is probably going to be most comfy, and better for AOE. Ning might be better single target? But probably worse than Navia

You need to remove either Noelle or Ningguang since these are terrible off-field units. Kachina is a good replacement if you have nothing else.

Downtime is the difference between a skill duration and cooldown. I am assuming that the shield holds for its entire duration.

It is not a good shield off field. It lasts for 12s and has a **24s cooldown**. TWENTY FOUR. No matter how strong the shield is, it won’t be protecting you every other rotation. It’s not about the shield strength.
The only legit way to reduce this cooldown is to use Noelle’s **on field** normal attacks. You should actually look into her kit and notice she is garbage off field, and only good on field.

This "dedicated support for Lunar Crystalize" only gives 80 EM (not just for) for LCR (and some CV, but we both know CV isn't there to buff only the reaction).
Not to mention that he isn't available first half or even all that good without C6

Mh neither Crystalize nor Columbina really profit of the 2xNK. So Aino is not necessary, but still a decent Trigger.
I'll just assume you want to use Ning on an ATK/Crit Build, not an IMO worse EM/Crit Build.
The "best team" would be the Classic Geo-Buff Core: Furina+Xilonen but I'll just assume you don't have those. Bina is a decent option for the last slot here. As she turn the useless shield into at least some DMG and provides personal DMG and Resonance.
You should definitely look for a Noelle replacement. She does really nothing in this team.
On Free Units I'd try to use Fischl here to add Lunar Charge to the team.
Although I'm really not sure if Nings Geo Application might be to much for this.
Maybe XQ (Xingqiu) instead of Aino would work as well.
Less reaction DMG but definitely enough Hydro.
So yeah that's my recommendation:
Ning / Bina / Fischl / Xingqiu

Tysm! I had the same thought abt using an electro but I felt like Ninguags Geo application might override with it. I’m not rly sure if Columbina gets significantly buffed with ascendant gleam but I assumed so since all the other characters pretty much are so I slotted Aino in. If not tho, I’ll probably do what u said and replace her with Xingqiu since she does way more damage than Aino

No I've not seen calcs on this case.
But from what I know Crystalize is not to different from Charge so I assume building anti-synergistic stats will do less. (Especially with Furina Xilonen)
Although in Nings case her scalings may be low enough to shrink down that difference. \^\^'

But what about the Nod Krai resonance thing? You know, when two Nod Kranians are in the team the lunar reaction damage gets increased based on the stats of the characters, since Xilonen's defense is so high and the Geo buff scales with that, the buff will be massive

It would be good sure, just not worth to replace someone when running Furina/Xilonen + Carry.
Bina is just a fun little filler here, not really the key piece you build around.
And for the team I mentioned at the end I assume Aino would be more DMG, I just doubt she has enough Hydro for the team to work properly.

In this team you'd play similarly to Noelle Navia duo = most of the time is spent on Noelle, switching to Navia (or Ning in this example) only to skill every once in a while.
Noelle is field time hungry, so if you want to focus on Ning you should replace our maid.
