A 30% Def shred is rare, but for the *only* buff in the entire C6 kit of a character it's still pretty lackluster, especially with Mavuika's own 20% shred diluting it.
Kazuha replaces her in a different boss, and guy has literally 0 useful buffs in a speedrun past *C0*.
Ayala is there because nobody in the game applies Cryo as quickly as she does, which is needed for the Baptist.

I really dont think so. Columbina is first and foremost a sub dps with constellation aimed at buffing her sub dps abilities and the team overall dmg, as opposed to citlali and xilonen who are first and foremost supports and shredder with constellation aimed at buffing principally the main dps onfield and shredding resistances from the boss, so that the main dps will just smash it quickly.
With this in mind and the fact that mavuika, mualani and arlechinno are also very high ceiling oriented with very high self multipliers, they are meant to be the best at speedrunning bosses, since all the dmg comes from them, their multipliers and the sheer power of melt/vape reaction. Columbina being 20% to 40% of the team dmg with low ceiling reaction like LB or LC, mean that at high investment she will fall behind these type of speedrunner. Just like furina at high investment, she isnt worth it in speedrun content

There's no way she's worse than Aino. Aino also needs a short time to get burst going. Most importantly, lots of buff in bina constellation does not require burst, manly the 20% elevations. That's quite huge.

Speedrun meta is totally different from what’s “best.” It’s typically just about the fastest setups because many more teams than what’s listed here will overkill at C6R5, so you’ll see a lot of older characters qualify simply due to animation times.
