I really enjoy it because it was more symbolic, what they normally do is only a characters gameplay, those trailer are not bad but i prefer this kind of trailers, not only for games but for manga and movies.

I saw some CC said that they wanted more from Columbina's trailer because she is kinda the archon equivalent. I guess they didn't really get the artistic style of this trailer. For me, this trailer is a masterpiece. It doesn't have any hype music. It doesn't really have any insane aura moment. But what it does have is a great storytelling through immaculate visuals, choreography and music. If you say archon, this is probably my favourite one besides Furina trailer.

It could be done obviously but I don't think it will fit her character right now that well. She will probably have the aura hype music in the AQ. Because that's when she came back or whatever that will happen in the AQ tomorrow. Right now she is more of a character that wants to go back home but failed to do so. That's why the trailer only highlights until the moment she fades away implying what has happened in Act 6.

Then, Natlan continued to do Natlan things, and suddenly, Mavuika *was* somehow in a rock band with characters like Ororon and Iansan.

Well bad is subjective , some people liked the way it symbolises the heroes being together and having an anime opening find the shounen vibes that natlan was giving but other people didn't like it because they thought it was cringe .
To each their own really whether you like it or not no one can deny that it was well animated and the music was good .

When it was actually incorporated as canon in game... That might actually be the single lowest point of storytelling in the game. Like, not every story is a banger and we have enough scenes that are just boring (Fortress of Meropide) or endless walls of text. The Natlan Concert was just aggressively bad and made *zero* sense.
That said, this isn't just "Natlan hate". If this Trailer isn't metaphorical, and Nod Krai ends with a scene where we find out Columbia, Lauma, Flins, Aino, and Varka have secretly been part of a Ballet Troupe this whole time and end the Region with an impromptu performance, I'll say the exact same thing.

the festival was specifically to get natlan some more tourism and that was the grand opening for the resort so mavuika planning a concert with the 6 heros of natlan isn't really anything too bizarre? you're acting like iansan and ororon were just some random people and not very significant to saving natlan by being the reason mavuika could use ronova's authority throughout natlan.

Many of these people just want to enjoy the game too, even if they don't love everything. Most are not here to complain for the sake of complaining, they just wish to express opinions like anyone else would.
For example, I did hate Mavuika's rock concert trailer and I have a *lot* of problems with the writing of Columbina. But this trailer was amazing in my opinion, visually and content wise.
It's just preferences at the end of the day, nothing objective. No need to demonize those who don't agree with you.
