QUESTION

I am a f2p, I am on 55 pity with 113 fates
I don't have any characters except tighnari which I don't main, I am considering getting columbina but my Utmost focus is *neuvillett* I am considering spending 30 fates on columbina banner, or what to do! I am really confused...

If you really want Neuvillette, wait for his banner and don't pull on Columbina's. If you win the 50/50 on Columbina's, you might not be able to guarantee Neuvillette.

U planning on using Bina with Neuvi? If so, you will also need Ineffa. And that is a wheelchair comp with Ineffa. Bina is focused on buffing Nod Krai characters. So in your place, I would focus on getting the one you actually want. If she is a character you really try it, but keep in mind that you might not get Neuvi if you win the 50/50, not sure about the wish count for f2p this patch, so check that and see how many wishes you can get too.

My main focus is not columbina but I really would like to have her on team, my main focus is neuvillett cause he is self sustainable unlike team dependent characters like columbina, I won't have enough primogems for him if I do pull columbina, that I will regret the most if I cannot get neuvillett, I am a new player so I don't know how good characters are except neuvillett as he is self sufficient, any tips?

Neuvi is probably the most flexible main DPS I have, he has a variety of supports that works with him and that makes him F2P friendly. Save your primos for his banner and try to get him C1, that would make him even more flexible.

A note that he is not the strongest now but as I said he is flexible and will help you. I currently have him C0R1 and he works perfectly with the right supports, cleared fearless on SO and is also able to do Abyss.

Flins should get a rerun soon and if you like him he a good Electro main to have.

If later you decide to still get Columbina, she will get a rerun fast, so you will have time to save for her.

I think I'm good with columbina as she is getting a re run as you said, so who should I go for after getting neuvillett? Zhongli?Nahida? Idk I have sucrose for replacing kazuha and fischl who will you recommend getting after I have c0 neuvillett cause I wanna save for other 5 stars

I would go Furina for sure and Ineffa. Furina is perfect for Neuvi and amazing support for others too. Same for Ineffa.

I mean next rerun. But honestly, there's a high possibility that by then a better support for your account comes and then u go for it. But Furina is definitely one to leave on the list, she is great and not just with Neuvi 😊

If you really want Neuvillette, then save your primos. You are unlikely to get both as an f2p.

Also, what's your goal? Neuvillette is great for general overworld use / clearing domains, especially if you don't have many other characters. But for endgame content, there are now stronger options. Even though he's easy to use, you have to put in some work because his numbers aren't as high.

Columbina is one of those stronger options, but she really needs a second Nod Krai five star to perform well. Are you planning to invest in a Nod Krai team with Ineffa, Lauma, or Zibai? Flins and Nefer are kind of optional.

Though I am planning to build the archon team that includes raiden, neuvillett, nahida and either zhongli or kazuha
And I don't really know much about how other characters work nor do I know any character who is self sustainable at c0, I would like more of your opinion.

Neuvi is definitely not OP. Right now, his place in the top 10 is debatable. He will have a much harder time clearing difficult endgame content than newer carries. Please get that idea out of your head.

Is he self-sufficient? Kind of. For overworld use, his self-healing is very nice. But for harder content, he is VERY reliant on specific five star supports. A Neuvi team with random four stars will perform pretty badly.

If you want to build the archon team for fun, then by all means go for it. Just understand that in terms of strength, it's a pretty bad investment. An optimized Neuvi team with Lauma-Ineffa will do about twice as much damage.

Hmm so which character in your opinion is the best with a random team then? Because all the other dps characters I see use a very specific team but not neuvi, if you have a different answer then tell me I'm all ears

If you don't have any characters other than Tighnari, I'm going to assume you're relatively new.

In that case, if you're willing to grind like hell (as in, play Genshin following guides for 3-4+ hours per day every day until the end of the patch), you should have enough permanent pulls to guarantee both.

Yes I am a new player but I do spend just more then like 5 hours yet I don't know what I am doing, I don't know how to get more primogems, or how to get enough please I need your guide on this matter help.

I am using bennett, fischl, sucrose and xiangling as my main team, and I flex xiangling with barbara, or kaeya

I’m also a relatively new player and I think they mean playing through all of the main story quests, doing exploration and clearing some endgame modes? Basically, playing as much of the game as possible in as short of a time as possible to get the one time rewards. Guides might be optimizes routes or such?

While you could do this it would probably mean a lot of time investment in the next couple of weeks and you’d essentially play through five years of game content in a rush. On the other hand you probably have enough fates and pity that even leisurely playing will enable you to get one character guaranteed and you’d be able to both enjoy the game at your own pace and have a steady source of extra primogems for however long that takes you. There’s going to be other banners after Columbina and Neuvilette and common opinion seems to be that Columbina will probably rerun in a few patches.

If you really want Neuvi then focus on Neuvi.
Columbina is more likely to rerun soon than Neuvi since she's new and Neuvi had his reruns quite a few times already so he'll be getting less and less.

Also if you only have tighnari then its safe to assume you're a rather new player? If so then Neuvi is generally the better option with how versatile he is in team building (meaning just about any support can work with him). While he's falling a little short on endgame since its more focused on NK mechanics now, thats not something you should worry about for now (he can still clear tho)
