Symphonist of scents vs Fractured halo (with Ineffa and Escoffier)

What the title says. I am planning to get both Ineffa (with Columbina, no Flins) and Escoffier (for my Skirk). I though of skipping both signatures, but maybe getting one of those two will be very valuable? How much of a team damage increase those 2 provide for Ineffa/Escoffier?

And as for other polearm users, I have c6 Chevreuse & c6 Iansan in my Varesa team. And any stat stick for Xiangling is always appreciated, tho I don't use her as often.

What I do want to understand, whether Ineffa's dmg in a wheelchair combo with Columbina would be more or less important than getting the other stat stick that works well on healers for team dmg too.

Also, I should mention I play like since 1.3 so my account is quite end game. However, I only now realised I have only three 5\* polearms (while having a lot more of swords, bows and catalysts 😭). I added a picture of my polearms, so you can see other 4\* alternatives I have.

Any thoughts would be appreciated!!!

imo symphonists, especially cause u don’t have flins, fractured halo loses value, doesn’t buff bina near as much as symphonists buffs skirk coffee team, and has a wider application

For functionality:
Symphonist works for escoffy, iansan, chevre, yaoyao, mika, and c6 zhongli

Fractured halo only works for ineffa

For buffing:
Symphonist buffs most dps in the game that scale off atk, while fractured only buffs flins, ineffa and columbina.

Personally I would go for Symphonist because I like to change around weapons and don’t spend too much on the game to get everyone’s sigs. But if i was willing to spend money i would defo get because i have a flins team and love playing him
