Ineffa, Colombina, Zi Bai or skip?

Since you have Lauma, Columbina is actually higher value in your account. However, I’d highly advise against pulling characters just because of their power level in a gacha game.

I personally Have saved 80 pulls and 60 pity in guaranteed. Going for ineffa saving for escoffer and skirk

What do you *want*, though.

If it's just about meta, you're probably better off getting Nefer over DPS Columbina, or getting Ineffa in general. Zibai will want Columbina, on her own she'll be fine but nothing crazy either.

That being said meta never lasts. Your Lauma is already plenty useful for your account if you put her in a Hyperbloom team (I see you have kuki), no need to get Nefer or Columbina to use her. And the rest of the Lunar meta will probably last another 8 months before being replaced by whatever Snezhnaya's new gimmick will be.

Do you actually want any of these 3 or is there any other character that may release later which you may want more ? Varka will release next patch for example, Nicole should release before summer as well, we don't know about Sandrone but she's likely to come out at some point too. Since your account isn't really "ready" for any character specifically, every option is about as worth considering, so you should focus on the characters you care about mostly.
