Should I pull or not

Hello, I wanted to ask advice on how to use my pulls, I have flins c1r1 and no ineffa, I was thinking of pulling her, I have 51 pity and 61 pulls on a 50/50 but I am not sure if it is worth it or not because I am looking forward to pull varka with his signature, should I get the 5 star or keep everything?

Depends how much you want to honestly, if you want Varka more, keep some budget for him. Ineffa will benefit Flins immensely but if she comes at the cost of missing out on a character you want, it kinda sucks.

Next patch should contain a lot of primogems though, between the AQ, exploration and lantern rite, you will have roughly 100 extra pulls by the end, plus whatever you can get during the first half of Luna V before Varka's banner ends (assuming he releases in the first half), and by the way, Varka's patch is rumored to contain another map expansion, which means more primos.

So you *should* be able to afford both assuming you're not extremely unlucky. Maybe Varka's R1 is at risk but I wouldn't worry too much about getting him C0 at least if you get Ineffa C0 this patch.

I also buy a lot of welkins so i should get around 130 pulls but I am not sure is it is enough for his signature asswell (i might lose the weapon or him)

If you're on a 50/50 what you could always do is pull on Ineffa's banner, and if you lose the 50/50 decide from here depending on how many primos you manage to get before her banner ends. If you're already at 61 pulls you're basically 10 to 20 wishes away from the 50/50, so it's a low-risk way to at least test your luck for Ineffa without putting Varka's C0R1 at risk.

We don't know when Varka will run. There is a good chance you can grab them both. Also, nobody can properly advise you on a character they don't know.

Honestly, pull for Columbina instead. Ineffa was a good pull when she released, but she and Columbina are probably the same in terms of value for Flins, but Columbina will work with further Nod Krai units that aren’t lunar charge.

Worth is very subjective. Only you can decide if you'd prefer having Ineffa or more pulls for Varka & Weapon.

You're still ~220 pulls short of guaranteeing c0r1 Varka, so if that's your priority I'd probably save.
