I think you have to get out of the negatives within 30 days. For most people it’s not possible to get a whales worth of primos within a month without spending money. Maybe you could do this for smaller amounts and not get banned but probably not worth it when you can make that many primos within a month anyways

They top up from shady sites that sell primogems at a discounted price. Said shady sites probably use stolen credit card information in order to top up. The owner of the credit card chargebacks the transaction and MHY removes the primogems from the account, leaving them in the negative.
