Columbina specifically, youd like a second hydro more than a second dendro youd add to some other hyperbloom teams.
adding more hydro gets you lunar charge too using the electro's EM
and adding Aino specifically you get the benefits of a second NK unit

1) She is a sub-DPS AND shielder with very good damage.
2) Her kit isn't dependent on Moonsign: Ascendant Gleam nor does she need NK characters to shine (unlike Columbina)
3) Most versatile and F2P-friendly Electro character in the game. You can play a team consisting of Aino, Ineffa, Sucrose + Flex and its gonna clear endgame regardless
4) Columbina just buffs her damage even more
Since her release in 5.8, she NEVER fell off. Columbina is good, but compared to Ineffa? The robot is just god-tier

Both are worth it, but in this order: Ineffa > Columbina
If you manage to pull both characters, you can wheelchair anyone in your account. Some team compositions:
They will all clear, because the combo of Ineffa + Columbina is very strong
The only problem is the 4\* featured on the banner are abysmal dogshit (except Fisch, but many have her C6). Everyime you pull and get a 4\*, you're getting an useless unit
In this rare scenario, losing the 4\* character 50/50 (i.e., getting a Collei, Chevreuse, Charlotte, etc.) has more value
Zibai is restrictive but the 4\* featured on her banners are actually good. No matter who you pull there (Aino, Gorou, Illuga), its gonna be good for her team

If you're asking who is on-field then it's mostly Sucrose because she swirls with every third normal attack and each use of her skill and her burst all the while shredding Electro and Hydro resistance through her VV set.
But because you have mostly 15 second cooldowns on skills+burst, you're probably going to do something like 2-3 normal attack combos before starting to cycle your cooldowns again.

Columbina has low pull value unless you have Flins+Ineffa or Nefer+Lauma already.
Ineffa is a really strong pull in comparison due to how much of Nod Krai relies on lunar reactions and she isn't reliant on having 2x NK units.
Edit: if you're looking for raw power, I'd wait 2 weeks and go all-in on Zibai's banner. Zibai + Illuga (on her banner) + Aino + whatever is looking to be a strong team and ought to clear most of NK content.
