I dont think they have ever added an exploration kit to a character after they have become playable. Like ever. They have upgraded designs, kits or improve some small qol about a character's movement. But never added exploration kits. Like the best u can hope for is that he opens his wings instead of the glider as a visual upgrade. Dont expect him to fly.
