Given my characters, which should be my next 5 star
I need one more carry for fearless SO. Willing to get 2 5stars for the team

Columbina and Ineffa for the wheelchair team. Then you can use practically any DPS with them, like Itto.

You already have two very decent teams
1. Varesa. Durin. C2 Iansan. C6 Chevreuse
2. Arlecchino. Yelan. Kazuha. Bennett.
Now it's up to you whether you want to use Itto or not. The easiest advice would be Columbina + Ineffa. If not, then Mavuika + Citlali because they work well with Sucrose and Bennett, but this will powercreep your Arlecchino team. Skirk + Escoffier is nice and they can work with Yelan but you also need Shenhe or Citlali I think. Furina is never bad to have.

Be wary that in SO, the enemies are mostly bosses with a gimmick who requires certain character or reaction. So a banner character will perform better in their current cycle whilst have hard time in later cycles.

I would consider lauma and ineffa. Coulmbina is likely getting a rerun before luna patches end You can try to get her then. If you can, obviously get both tho.
You also are lacking good cryo units. You could consider escoffier/skirk or even citlali
