I dont know if optimal but i use
Nefer - Night on the sky
Laume - Deepwood (tried silken moon but didnt get better stats)
Columbina - Silken Moon
Kokomi - 2p clam and 2p tenacity (i know, not best option but 60k HP)
For damage there are definitly better options than kokomi but i want a healer

Those r valid choices, thank you

Give columbina silken, give lauma as much em as possible (2em combos or gilded) and 4th member would use deepwood. You can give lauma deepwood instead and have last on instructor but I am not sure which is best.

Basically, deepwood and silken moon are interchangeable in Nefer's team, and instructor is generally preferred for the last character. Lauma wants EM and Columbina wants HP, so use the ones with better stats. If Lauma is not C1, the 4th is better to be someone who can provide survivability, like Kokomi/Kuki/Baizhu/Zhongli. If Lauma is C1+, Nilou C2R1 > Nahida C2 > Sucrose
