I don’t know who to choose… I use Nilou and Yae Miko quite a lot, but I don’t know if their C1 is worth it or if I should choose another character ?? Idk

I used mine on Nilou, it's so comfy having her skill last a few more seconds

Nilou's C1 gives her element skill more uptime. Pretty useful imo.

Use it on Yae Miko, among all your options the best choice, especialyl if as you say, you use her alot, then this shoudl be a no brainer for you to reduce her massive Burst Energy Costs by whopping 24E drown from 80 to 56 Energy, which means alot lesser required ER% for her, more stats free to put into better Crit Ratio, or EM for better overall DPS from her.
As we are in our second time by now, and I assume, you have used your first option already on an character, not shown in the picture.
I'd recommend you to use the free stellas for Option 3 and 4 for the first year for Nilou and and Shenhe or Wanderer next, unless you want to C6 your Qiqi first to make sure, any 50/50 fails on her in the future will net you in Masterless Stalles, with that you can raise your Max Levels of the characters you use the most.
Getting now all the Standard 5S as fast as possible to C6, ist also quite important now for anybody, who is no whale player, because its essentially the only guaranteed source for Masterless Stellas, that non whale players have, by C6ing basically all Srtandard Banner options to get that way with every 50/50 fail guaranteed a Masterless Stella, so that also non-whale players should get a few of them every year automatically over time, after playing either long enough, or having been unlucky enough.
I for example play since day 1, am no whale play,er and got so far just Diluc and Qiqi to C6, just because of being unlucky enough and playing long enough to get there, so I have already at least a 2 in 7 chance, or basically 1 in 3,5 chance, that I get every fail a Stella)
That you have a C5 Qiqi, tells me you either play also already for a longer while, or you were very unlucky in the past. Personally I'm going for Yae Miko at the moment too, used my first option for Ayaka C2 to get her big 40% DPS increase against large targets, if her additional two smaller bursts hit at the same time like the swirling big ball.
