Go through the cave don't just stays at the beginning.
Then you will see some kuuhenki & lunnotar, you will play Columbina lullaby on your harp, and meet Sandrone when you leave

They made a nice interaction for people who do that, but it's just a side thing. There is no new thing you learn.

The whole Silvermoon Hall mechanic is super player unfriendly. Yeah it's this regions "reputation" so it's supposed to be timelocked but holy hell it doesn't feel good waiting a week for just new crumbs. I'm not even surprised there's some "hidden" quest now.

The system as a whole is still flawd as it's the only one not tied to general weekly server reset but instead creates it's own reset date.
Let's hope enough people complained that this system won't repeat

So it's still the first time it's used for a patches' fixed feature.
You could finish reputation quest on Sunday before going to bed and do the new weeks set upon waking up Monday morning. Or kill a weekly boss like that, etc.

X.x of course I see this after I just started the AQ. I was only to the point Nefer asks that you need to lock in, so thought it wouldn't lock me out of this quest yet but guess it did. Glad there is youtube but it's just not the same.
