I don't believe so. Just said personal reasons, but in all likelihood, it had to do with the whole SAG thing given the timing. Perhaps she felt the risk wasn't worth it for her own personal situation. But thats speculation on my part.

Both Ganyu's and Charlotte's Voice actors are no longer working Non-union jobs, which is why the recast. So expect recast in other non-hoyo non-union games as well.
Charlotte is likely because she needs union Healthcare. Ganyu is unknown. Could be healthcare, could be trying to get bigger union jobs. Her Socials were dark for 2 years, so we will never really know.
Regardless, these two didn't cause problems like the shit-clique of toxic voice actors and their supporters, so I hope them the best.

Rumor has it that Charlotte's former VA might be stepping away from acting all together and the stuff we are going to see with her was recording a while ago since her family and health got in the way that she might have step away from the craft. I've seen that around and it would make sense why she would step away from something as high profile.
Ganyu's hasn't said anything about it, but her shift into directing, and doing less voice work might have something to do with it.

Genshin has just north of 100 characters at this point. Which makes 10 VA changes sound both sizeable since its a tenth of the available cast, but also not that much since most of those characters are years old at this point. Kinich and Charlotte are the newest ones, I think? But everyone else that go changed is from Year 1 or 2 of the game.

Ifa's original JP VA was replaced because he pissed off the Chinese government by participating in a book reading about Uyghur experiences in Xinjiang.

Unions aren't just a USA thing you know. Pretty much every country that is a Democracy has it. And most Unions benefit from the things past unions did centuries/decades ago. Its okay to smack on the scummy things unions do, especially the modern equivalents of them since they deserved to also be called out. However, to be Anti-Union is just gonna backfire and is what corporations will want. Whether you like it or not, Unions exist for a reason. You can dislike them but don't wish for their removal.

Caleb Yen is back as Ga’ming as of a patch or two ago, and I think Shenhe probably has some lines this lantern rite. Those were two who got replaced in other games, and they’re back here so clearly not too many bridges were burnt there. Other than those it’s just a matter of slowly filling in some of the missing patches I guess.
