How big is the gap between C3 and C6 Fischl on this team?

For reference, I have both Hexerei Homework done, C6 Chevreuse with an R5 Black Tassel, C0R0 Durin(though I'm getting his sig on a rerun), C3 Fischl with an R2 Stringless, and I'm getting C0R0(Maybe R1 if I have pulls leftover) Raiden Shogun on her rerun, I'm playing it safe and saying I have until 6.4 Phase 1 to save for her since thats a plausible rerun time. The issue is I do not know if I can get Raiden guaranteed if I try to get C6 Fischl on Bina's banner as I am at 44 Pity with 107 pulls on a non-guaranteed, meaning if I spend like 50 pulls but get Columbina and not a Standard 5 Star, there is a real chance I don't get Raiden on her rerun and I am not letting that happen at all as I already missed her rerun in 5.6, but if I don't pull for Fischl, I can almost Guarantee Raiden, so what do yall think would be better? Would having C3 Fischl ruin my damage or would it still be fine? I'm likely not doing anything beyond Spiral Abyss Floor 12 BTW so no Stygian Onslaught.

Fischl's C6 significantly increases the ATK and EM buffs from electro/lunar charged and overload, so your DPS won't deal as much damage without it, but she's still an amazing support/sub-DPS even at C0.

C6 makes Oz a machine gun, firing on every one of Raiden's normal attacks. Every, single, one, no matter how fast, with no cooldown. So yes, it's a significant difference.

You can get another fischl con from the current starglitter shop, and then another in 6 months.

Also, I bet we'll have a good idea of if Raiden is in version 6.4 by the end of Columbinas banner, so you should probably just wait till the end of her banner before deciding if it's a good risk.
