Who here is kind of disappointed with the 4* cast they are releasing w/ Columbina

Last banner was a banger, but these 3 seem kind of mid for such a big release. No hate to Fischl, cause I do like me a nice fischl, but I've like C100 her over the years and I don't doubt she'll be a waste of a pull for a majority of the longtime platers here as well.

>but I've like C100 her over the years

Lucky you, mine is still C2 after all those years.

ImNotTiredOfWinning2026-01-14 03:04

I hope you fill out your C6 on her then. Good luck!

BlaCoiso2026-01-14 03:15

I've been playing since 2.8 and my Fischl is only C4 (claimed one for free this patch); did 200 pulls on 3.0's banner and didn't get a single copy so I'm hoping this will be the time to finally get her C6

tsukihiko12026-01-14 03:01

Not me. I'm at C5 Sethos and I think C1 Ifa. Filling out cons on units I have that need it is a plus for me.

jgabrielferreira2026-01-14 03:01

Tbh I’m neutral on this. More cashback for me.

HuTaoFan_692026-01-14 03:01

Don't care about the 4 star cast. If a banner was like Bennett, Cheveruse, and Fischl, you would get C1 Bennett, C0 Cheveruse, and C762315476213654 Fischl

babangelsin2026-01-14 03:02

To the contrary, latest patches had very good 4\* line-ups to enable a new player to immediately form a team around the limited 5\*. Sethos is actually pretty good in lunar thanks to his EM scaling, and if you decide to put him in another team, Fischl happens to be his best teammate in aggravate. Ifa doesn't really excel at anything as far as combat is concerned, but he is **the** best unit in the standard pool to get for overworld traversal.

Iffem2026-01-14 03:17

>but he is **the** best unit in the standard pool to get for overworld traversal.

and hey, it's our first patch with exploration in three patches

undeadfire2026-01-14 03:27

Wait what overworld utility does sethos have? I would've thought ifa or sayu would beat him for exploration related qol

babangelsin2026-01-14 03:43

Not beating the allegations once again

lgn5i20602026-01-14 03:46

> Ifa doesn't really excel at anything as far as combat is concerned, but he is the best unit in the standard pool to get for overworld traversal.

undeadfire2026-01-14 03:53

Wait I'm blind lmao thought that was about sethos somehow

Hairy_Mix37732026-01-14 03:03

The banner is horrible and it super sucks. It would be awesome to get useable 4 stars with her. Last banner gave you a viable team this one gives trash

Black-----Manta2026-01-14 03:03

Are you pulling for Columbina?

Forgot2Catfish2026-01-14 03:03

It just means I won't pull for constellations and likely won't pull for sigs since the weapon banner 4*s are equally bad if not worse.

Paulistarlight2026-01-14 03:04

Welcome to Hoyo world, 4 stars are a bait, the good ones are reserved for the bad 5 stars

arminismyspirtanimal2026-01-14 03:05

It's often on purpose Bina is a high wanted character so your pulling anyways
So when there's 5's that aren't as popular like rerun 5's they put good 4's on to make you roll for them

RevolutionaryFall1022026-01-14 03:05

Never cared about what four stars are on the banner

Akikala2026-01-14 03:06

I haven't payed attention to the 4\*s since I got Chev c6 like over a year ago lol.

Chtholly132026-01-14 03:07

Expected. Archon level characters on debut will sell regardless of the 4 stars so I knew they wouldn't be that good.

OmniOnly2026-01-14 03:09

Would love the last
Banner 4 stars but a free wish is nice when you want to
Grab characters

YannFrost2026-01-14 03:10

I am happy with it. I have c0 Sethos and don't have Ifa. I would love to get them at least c4. Maybe c6.

toxicsknmn2026-01-14 03:13

I’m mostly disappointed that Aino was put on the second half. That was strategic, disgustingly so. I don’t have C6 Ifa so I’m not mad mad, but I find Aino being maxed out would be a lot more useful than a maxed out Ifa.

Accomplished-Ad33242026-01-14 03:13

cause she already gonna make bank, they'll use the good 4 stars to boost up other banners, diminishing returns or whatever, no need to stack up one banner, especially when 4 stars in genshin and their c6 are really good and actually make them money.

zephyrseija22026-01-14 03:14

The most desired 5 stars tend to have the worst 4 stars on their banners.

AdventurousAd69282026-01-14 03:21

That’s kind of the point. They give good incentive to pull on the banner before the big one everybody is waiting for. Very normal practice for gacha games. They’ve gotta make their money

iCorrupted2026-01-14 03:28

As with every banner in the game's history, some will be pleased, others disappointed. Yes even the last banner as not everyone cares for meta relevance. Disappointed ones will voice their disappointment while pleased ones will go about their merry way.

Machiro82026-01-14 03:39

Not me, I'm actually looking forward to pull for something else besides 1 extra wish.
