How about your specs? Maybe you're running it too low and they decided that it wasn't worth it to animate the card in case it just crashes you? Which probably isn't the case considering that it's but worth mentioning.

Bro might not have waited long. I was on my phone and I waited for a few seconds since it was leaked it would change and it transformed into Bina after a few seconds. The Welkin animation after getting the daily one still is the old one though.

I think so too! I don’t think I checked welkin but I think I skimmed it when buying neuvi skin and my brain was remembering it wasnt bina.

I have her c0 R1 so its either bina herself or the weapon to unlock it

I managed to pull her before server reset, and when you claim the Welkin moon primos, she says something like “here, these are for you” with the animation of claiming them.

On a completely unrelated side note: There’s an audio recording glitch in her “Receiving a Gift: II” voiceline
