Bina Passive Talent

Can someone tell me if I'm understanding it correctly. Does this passive talent makes Columbina flexible in any party (not Nod-Krai party locked for better damage output).

I do not have any Nod-Krai character aside from Aino.

*2nd photo for flex ✌️

I assume youre asking if this will allow you to do content geared towards lunar reactions with just Columbina in the party, in which case, yes it will. Your damage won't be as high as it would be if you had 1 other nod krai character (particularly Lauma or Ineffa) but you would be able to do it at least.

What do Nod-Krai characters have that increases the damage output? Is it the Moonsign level?

Lauma burst adds flat damage to Lunar Bloom (works like Shenhe quills) while Ineffa adds a damage multiplier to lunar charge, similar to the second part of the Columbina passive.

Moonsign level also increases the damage gain from the artifact sets.

yeah it lets you lunar react. the trial run lets you use only lisa and bina to do lunar charge for example
