C1 Columbina + C0 Ineffa Build Advice Needed
Hey! A bit of context is that I recently came back to Genshin after a 2-year break around 2 months ago, and had been saving in hopes of pulling for Skirk and Escoffier. However, seeing the nod krai archon quest (I lowkey skipped Fontaine and Natlan, so probably should do those), I really liked Columbina. SO, I let my gacha addiction get the best of me and ended up spending around 180 pulls on the Columbina and Ineffa banners and was able to get C1 Columbina, C0 Ineffa, and a Dehya constellation (C1 Columbina being the last one I got, and I am now at around 15 pity). However, I really was not prepared. I did get my Columbina leveled up to level 70, but other than Ineffa, Columbina, and Aino, I have no other nod-krai characters, and I have no artifacts for any. I still need to level them, and for weapons, I have prototype amber on Columbina and missive windspear on Ineffa.
If possible, I would really appreciate some advice on teams (all characters list attached, I have a pretty good Eula and a decent Raiden), some artifact set and stat advice, and possibly some advice on the possibility of saving for Skirk and Escoffier (I am F2P). I would really appreciate any general advice, as well as I am still trying to relearn the meta and catch up, and could use any tips or feedback! Please let me know if you want any more information or such.

Other than that, you actually picked the perfect 2 characters to get. Most characters can be wheelchaired to modernish levels of DPS by putting Columbina and Ineffa in the team. This is by far your best team, and no other combination of characters on your account comes even close.
If you're not pulling any other Nod-Krai characters, build them both on the new Aubade artifact set. If you intend on pulling Zibai, Flins, or Nefer on a rerun, build Columbina on Silken Moon Serenade.
Ineffa wants ATK/ATK/Crit. Columbina wants HP/HP/Crit. If you don't have weapons for them, use either a battle pass polearm or the Nod-Krai craftable for Ineffa, and use Favonius or Prototype Amber on Columbina.
As an aside, make sure to do the Witch's Homework quests. While you were away, some Mondstadt characters got buffed, and you need to do that sidequest to unlock them. Also Pyro Traveler is actually pretty good, so unlock them when you can.
