Got Ineffa early on mid 50 pity!! Would it still be possible to get neuvilette?

So many people were telling me to go with ineffa first before columbina or neuvilette because of her lunar charge. I plan to go for neuvilette instead of columbina as i dont have nod-krai. Would it still be possible to get him? I have 30 wishes currently, although i have a few problems.

Main problem: im going on a cruise in a couple days for about 3ish weeks. In my spare time, should I play genshin and try and get primos or just be happy on my holiday? Would I still have a good enough time to try and get primos?

Second: I am starting a new course the week after my cruise and I have a job. I don’t have a lot of time! The only reason why I went for ineffa was bc of her lunar charge. Do you think I should be good with getting enough primos? What’s some things that can get me a lot of primos? I’m only on inazuma archon quest as I made a new account.

Exciting! I got Columbina on 63 pity, Ineffa on 40 and Columbina’s weapon on 10!! Going to try to get Ineffa’s weapon next eek

That’s why im worried! What if I hit hard pity and lose the 50/50 for neuvilette!? I’ll be screwed! I was never going to get ineffa in the first place but a lot of people were trying to convince me to use her as my guaranteed.
