Ifa most likely already on VV, so Sucrose VV is kinda wasted.
And since Ifa also heal and firing from distance, Shinobu's skill will also be ineffective/overlapped.

I wonder the same. I can't pull both. I'm thinking about pulling her for my c0 chasca ( using her with Bennett, ororon, layla rn). I don't even know if she is useful in chasca team without ineffa and my other hydro characters are only xingqiu, aino, barbara. And tbh I don't really plan on pulling any NK dps chars..
