A character that cannonicaly offed children won’t ever be playable lmfao. Probably will be weekly boss in later parches considering he can’t just disappear like that. ( didn’t do the new AQ so please don’t spoil me )

We already have a playable character who has done Genocide (Wanderer). So, I doubt another one would be out of the question. Not to mention, other HoYo games have characters who've arguably done worse as well.
