Playing genshin for 1.5 years this was my first 50/50 win and wow(only a welkin user)

Side note-Can anybody tell me if the columbina weapon is good on neuvi, i have him on r0 widsirh rn and i have a r5 prototype amber already, so can i use the r5 prototype amber on columbina n use the columbina signature on neuvillette?
