Warning: 6.3 Spoilers. I can't with this.

Rampant nepotism in Favonius ranks is disgusting, but Noelle needs no ranks to remind everyone that she is the greatest asset they could ever have.

Any particular title you like

Kaeya: cavalry captain

Varka: Horses gone extinct 500 y ago.

Keaya: did I stutter

I know it's her dream and all, but one of these days I hope Noelle realizes she's too good for the Knights. Yeah yeah, I get Jean's reasonings and I don't even disagree with her, but Nod Krai's been nothing but a disaster for her. The Traveler is now farther from Mondstadt than ever, Ineffa not only looks like her but is now taking her job as the residential best maid around (and because of her robotic nature this can likely be mass produced), she dodged the Hexinzerkal buffs, her best partner Furina got yoinked by Skirk for her comps, Varka's back and in the presence of several dangerous foes like Dottore and Rerrir (Kaeya's not getting his horses back though lol), it's just been one thing after another for her.

Noelle is specifically not knighted because she overworks herself too much, and Jean is trying to make sure she doesn't become like her
