Tbf I didn't play mona before, I'm kinda of a new-ish player (1 year).
If you think that her kit is synergtic with them then go for it.

The Mona Hexerei buff is mostly for Vaporize. It does buff her C1 a little bit, which by extension increases her Lunar Charged damage, but still kinda iffy

Hu Tao, Yoimiya etc. can also benefit from it due to hydro aura being present on the enemy.

How it works is pretty simple:
They do so much damage off-field by themselves with very little input. So basically the on-field DPS is less important.

But the boss will melt regardless.
If you have chevreuse C6 and Bennett c6 and Fischl his overload team is actually very strong now since the Hexerei buffs.

Razor is a bit of a special case here because Razor + Durin + Columbina + Ineffa is actually a decent overvape lunar-charged team with hex buffs, especially if Durin is C2.

Its like hyperbloom , but with these 5 stars instead. You just need a driver and the 4th slot is flex. And just like hyperbloom you can put anyone as the driver, but obviously some will be better than others.

Buddy, thats the wheelchair; they carry whoever tf you put on the other two slots so literally everyone else is decent with that team
