The people over at DottereMains....

Someone please tell me they’re just playing it up for the collective "bit." Between the pre-load, the trailer, and the latest quest, some of them are... really not well.
I’m actually quite concerned.
I would have never guessed it would be worse than that time in the Signora Mains sub, but here we are. What is happening over there?

>!They'll get in line behind SignoraMains and CapitanoMains!<

WritingsOOnTheWall2026-01-14 12:27

Hopefully they have the power of endurance of the SignoraMains community—those guys have been at it for a long time

Sorry but capitono will be playable and will come back but signora yeah I agree

Idainaru_Yokubo2026-01-14 12:19

They should convert to Zandar One Kuwabara-ism

>!OG Bondrewd would never be as much of a fraud traitor and a phony creep as that sap!<

WritingsOOnTheWall2026-01-14 12:50

>!True, evem if he really comes back like they like to prophesy, he’d likely still be doing it for the sake of his own ego rather than solely for actual sciencee. If I remeber correctly Bondrewd is terrifying because he’s sincere and doesn't even have a 'self' left to be a phony with, he gave up his body and soul, he is a honest monster if yiu know what I mean. With him there is no malice, Dottore just feels like he's hiding behind a mask of lies to prove a point to the world, which makes him feel like a bit of a fraud in comparison
Man I need to read Made in Abyss again<

Weaponmaster4702026-01-14 13:14

Mah man *gets* it. Twisted, but truly genuine, actually magnetic with bonafide aura.

Compare what happened with >!Prushka and Nanachi!<, to the clown show of Zandik's relationship with Wandy, Bina, Collei.

Their >!climactic defeats!< even have a similar vibe, but Bondy managed to >!instill grudging understanding in the protagonists, while staying in the good graces of the Delvers system of Orth above even after the climactic fight and his loss, but he wished the protags well and remained undoubtedly alive!<, whereas the >!Doc is despised by everyone, insulted by everyone, excommunicated by his boss and marked for death like rank garbage even if he returns.!<

Zandik is too smarmy, too *typical* in his self-satisfied delusion of superiority, his self-indulgent villainy. He barks "boring" , "dull", "tired", while being the very embodiment of what he accuses. He's a hypocrite as much as he is a heretic. Hilariously enough, he ends up like that wojak meme with the crying face coping behind the smirking face mask.

Bondrewd lost to the team of 3 kids lmao, what are you yapping about. Also, papa’s rod.

Weaponmaster4702026-01-14 15:32

Lol and still came out of it with more style than "*I hate this world....ugh...*"

l'll look forward to how the narrative humiliates Zandik further.

Youd be delusional too if your fav character that's been built up for so long apparently dies in 1 patch cuz we have to protect the new waifu

RamenPack12026-01-14 12:49

New waifu? Was she not introduced at the same time as him?

Kazuha-simp2026-01-14 12:50

She wasn't introduced as a waifu that's for sure

RamenPack12026-01-14 12:54

She wasn’t introduced as anything, you people made a headcanon and cried about it afterwards.

SoC1752026-01-14 15:35

Like Columbia being a horrifying biblical accurate angel ...

😉

Weaponmaster4702026-01-14 12:51

Nah he was from the early webcomic where had an even more generic design.

WritingsOOnTheWall2026-01-14 12:54

Tbh Im a bit dissapointed too, ever since his Design was released I hoped he would become playable
